He also led the inspection team to inspect the clinker system, cement mill and packaging system, warehouses and other places on the spot.
The inspection team reviewed Yunnan Jianfeng's "Safety Production Management System", "Safety Operation Regulations", "Safety Production Responsibility System", the results of the establishment of the dual prevention mechanism, as well as the implementation record of safety hazard investigation and inspection records in the last three months, the implementation of the safety production responsibility system, the use of safety production funds, equipment maintenance, the improvement and updating of emergency plans, and the development of production safety drills. After listening to reports, consulting materials, and on-site inspections, the inspection team affirmed the safety production work of Yunnan Jianfeng, and asked Yunnan Jianfeng to continue to do strict, practical, and detailed daily safety production work, and further strengthen the red line awareness and bottom line thinking.
