With the job optimization in recent years, the configuration of the central control operator is reduced, and after the automation transformation of the yard, the operation intensity of the central control is increased, and the monitoring of the denitration system is reduced, resulting in the emission of nitrogen oxides at the kiln tail. The risk of exceeding the standard. At the same time, in the case of low emission concentration, failure to adjust the amount of ammonia water injection in time will also lead to waste of ammonia water and increase the cost per ton of clinker.

In order to avoid the risk of environmental protection exceeding the standard and reduce the production cost, Yunnan Jianfeng and 10# reached an agreement with Wuhan University of Technology in mid-April to sign a contract for the transformation of denitration automatic control system. After three days of installation and commissioning, it has been successfully put into use. From the preliminary data statistics, the consumption of ammonia water has decreased to a certain extent. The follow-up will further explore adjustments and statistical analysis of data to strive for the best effect of the system.
