enterprise competition is more intense, internal, external, increasingly white-hot. Especially at present, the state has issued a policy of dual control of energy consumption, strictly limiting electricity and production, and the doubling of the price of raw fuel materials has greatly increased our production costs. In the face of the country's macro-control, we can only follow the regulations, but in order to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise, we can only continuously improve ourselves in unit energy consumption, and the competition between technology and talents becomes more prominent. As the product differentiation becomes smaller and smaller, as long as we have innovative breakthroughs in one of the links, we are in an active position in the competition. In short, the leading technology can make us easily cope with the pressure of low cost and low price of other manufacturers. Not only should we compete with peers, but also all departments and employees within our enterprise should compete with each other. Of course, it must not be a vicious competition. Production line employees should compete in job operation skills and logistics employees should compete in office efficiency.
