News from our newspaper In order to increase the safety of employees' working environment and the diversity of employees' group building activities, on April 18 , Shanghai Beika Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. held a joint symposium between the trade union and the youth league in the fourth quarter of 2021 with the theme of "Safety and Rationalization Construction, Team Building Activity Opinion " .
A total of16 young employees from Shanghai North Carolina participated in this symposium, actively putting forward problems and suggestions that need improvement. Regarding safety and rationalization, a total of 16 issues were put forward and reasonable suggestions were given. These issues mainly involve the treatment, handling and temporary storage of hazardous wastes, reasonable management of hazardous chemicals, quality of labor security supplies, safety management of laboratory gases and laboratory environment and equipment, which provide assistance for the safety construction of enterprises. In terms of team building activities, suggestions in four directions were put forward, it mainly increases the diversity of activity types, which can better increase the diversity of team building activities.
