Daye Peak Research to Develop "Double Carbon" Action Plan

According to the current actual operation status of the production line, the manufacturing department makes a benchmarking analysis of key energy consumption projects, and points out the gap with the advanced enterprises in the same industry and the "double carbon" requirements. The Ministry of Environmental Security put forward its views on the ultra-clean emission plan to be issued in Hubei Province. The Quality Control Department puts forward suggestions on the optimization of quality process control and the substitution of mixed materials. The marketing department, the general department and other departments also put forward management improvement opinions on the actual work of the department.

After discussion, Daye Peak has initially formed technical renovation projects such as adding a new primary preheater, carrying out oxygen-enriched combustion renovation, treating alternative fuels, adding photovoltaic power generation facilities, adding a cyclone to the chimney at the end of the kiln or increasing the desulfurization tower, and reforming the large cloth bag of the coal mill. It has also put forward three-year action goals of reducing coal consumption, total energy consumption and carbon emissions, strive to complete the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "14th Five-Year Plan" national cleaner production implementation plan ahead of schedule.
