10月中旬,2019年、2020年集团先进疗休养的20余名员工行经内蒙古额济纳旗时,恰逢内蒙古、甘肃、陕西部分地区出现新冠肺炎疫情,不得不就地进行隔离观察。虽然现在已经平安返回,但那一个月的“非常”经历,依然让他们记忆犹新……
- 我们的旅行,开始不久就戛然而止。
10月15日上午10点钟,在兰州中川机场,我们的团队集结完毕。虽然来自不同地区、不同企业,但大家都是尖峰人,此前不乏工作上的交流,相互介绍之后,很快就热络起来。登上旅游大巴,我们的西北之旅正式开始了。
疗休养是集团公司给予的难得机会,行程安排得也挺满。15日在武威,看已经成为中国旅游标志的马踏飞燕;16日沿祁连山脉直奔张掖,在平山湖大峡谷看同心石和鳄鱼石,骑上骆驼唱了《梦驼铃》的歌儿,还欣赏了丹霞地貌的神奇“画卷”;17日出张掖过酒泉,探访神秘的黑水古城,在落日余晖下的怪树林中感受“生而三千年不死,死后三千年不倒,倒后三千年不朽”的风骨和气势……
看完日落看日出,17日晚我们住在额济纳,第二天一早5点就集合,去居延海看日出。茫茫戈壁上看日出的感觉真是太震撼了,特别是红日初升的那一刻,天高地迥,沙鸥翔集,令人心潮澎湃。尤其让人开心的是,等待日出的时候,我们还拍到了天幕上的北斗七星,它们如此近距离地凝望着我们,像在讲述天地与人的故事。
按计划,看完日出之后要去大漠胡杨林,谁知半路上收到了一个坏消息:额济纳出现疫情,景区关闭了,交通也管制了。大巴车前进不得也后退不得,只能放慢了车速等候进一步的消息。我害怕极了,第一反应是“我们没有被传染吧”,然后是“我们要去到哪里做一下核酸检测呢”。问问同伴,大家的心理也都差不多。
联系当地防疫部门之后,导游带我们赶到一个体育馆去做核酸检测。大厅里人满为患,看样子都是游客,好多是老人。虽然有人在喊着要保持安全距离,但是没有人理会,都满脸焦虑地等待着。大厅外面的人也越聚越多的时候,警察来了,拉起了警戒线维持秩序,人们这才排队逐一检测,签了“居家隔离观察承诺书”之后返回酒店。
事后想想特别后怕——当时那个场面,如果有确诊者,哪怕只有一个,后果也不堪设想啊。
回到酒店里,大家都心神不宁,检测结果没人通知,也不知道哪里能查到。难熬的6个小时过去了,有人说,我们肯定是没问题了,不然早有专车接走了。
这是一个不眠之夜,谁都不知道等待我们的是怎样的明天。但有一点可以肯定,我们的旅行应该已经结束了……
- 捅鼻子的滋味异常酸爽,我们做好了持久战的准备。
10月19日做第二次核酸检测,从鼻腔取样,被捅得差点流眼泪。额济纳被定为中风险地区,担心已经没有意义,该做的事情必须要做好。李江是我们团队的大组长,负责和集团公司保持联系、汇报情况;周慧娟、蔡卫、郑昆武、王俊扬、吕建营和我组成工作组,郑昆武负责和防疫部门沟通,蔡卫负责搜集疫情信息和官方防控要求,周慧娟负责和酒店、旅行社联络,我和王俊扬、吕建营搜集防疫知识在团队微信群里分享。为了大家保持情绪安定,只要有新信息,我们都会及时在群里发布,工作组每天早上还通过微信开碰头会,汇总最新情况,商量应对办法。
10月21日的第三次核酸检测,捅了另一侧的鼻孔,和前次一样的酸爽。
随着当地有人确诊,额济纳被升级为高风险地区,给人离家更加遥远的感觉。另一个情况更令人不安,有人发现一名外地确诊游客几天前曾经在这个酒店住过!我们怕引起恐慌,一方面由郑昆武向防疫部门报告,请他们对酒店做防疫管理;一方面就当地的总体疫情、隔离酒店承受能力等情况进行分析,结论是我们应该不符合集中隔离的条件,因此更需要做好自我防护。在团队微信群里,我们提醒大家上下楼不要再使用电梯,不要跟其他团队接触,避免交叉感染的风险。酒店也给每个房间发放了84消毒液,大家给各自房间全面消毒,准备持久战吧。
3.来自公司的关心,让我们安心。
就算是隔离,工作也还是可以做的。
10月22日最重要的一件事,就是开视频会。集团领导对我们这些滞留人员非常关心,特地视频连线沟通情况,还邀请了疫情防控专家给我们讲新冠病毒知识和隔离期间的注意事项。蒋晓萌董事长代表集团公司向我们表示慰问,希望我们不要担心工作上的事,积极配合防疫部门做好相关检测和日常防护,并利用这段时间加强学习和锻炼,祝愿大家平安归来。
我们各自所在单位的领导也参加了视频会,反复叮嘱我们不要多想,注意安全。
亲人般的关怀,让我们心里踏实了许多。
额济纳旗很小,总共只有3万多人口,旗政府所在地达来呼布镇人就更少了,滞留游客却高达近万人,防控形势趋紧,物资供应成了大问题。酒店楼下的超市货架总是空荡荡的,货物一到就会被买空。先是24日的早餐没了鸡蛋,25日的早餐又减到稀饭、小菜和一个小馒头。一次下楼时正巧看见超市进了四箱舒化奶,赶紧“抢”了两箱,分给大家补充营养。
回家的日子遥遥无期,“自救”的事情还要继续。为了防止情绪波动,我们号召大家多运动多交流,还利用住在顶楼的便利条件,趁没人的时候到楼顶上跑步遛弯。在楼顶“放风”的时候,我还看到成群的大雁往南飞,正可谓是“居延雁去无留意”,平添了点“君问归期未有期”的感慨。
得知消息以来,我们每个人都收到许多来自亲友同事的关心和问候,微信消息响个不停。24日这天,集团公司工会秦主席挨个给我们打来电话询问情况,叮嘱我们注意做好防范。我们都笑称,这个时候能打来电话的人,一定是真心关心你的人啊。
虽然在隔离,但现代的沟通方式还是能做很多工作的。陈红华和大药房商量熬阿胶;周慧娟指导同事办理人事事务,我跟合作单位确认产品包材样板和交货期,还和吕建营一起跟供应商沟通,确定了复合营养素的配方和价格……为了工作联系方便,周慧娟还跟酒店借来一台旧的手提电脑。
多做点工作,少来点胡思乱想,总是好的。
- 额济纳太小了,我们去了一个叫“包头”的大城市。
10月28日晚上,我们做了滞留之后的第六次核酸检测。10点半收到通知,29日早上6点10分集合,转移到900公里以外的包头去集中隔离。因为半个月来收到太多不确定的消息,这个新情况让大家有些慌神。讨论到最后,大家统一意见:服从安排,包头是低风险地区,在那里隔离之后回家,想必是不需要再次隔离了,也算是没有办法的办法。
这次集体转移的场面非常壮观,一共有160辆大巴车,每辆车上配备一位防疫人员,车队前后还有警车和救护车随行。当天的高速公路、沿途服务区和加油站只为我们开放。浩浩荡荡的队伍披星戴月出发,晚上10点多“到站”,办完入住手续已经是夜里11点多了。在这里,我们至少要度过14天的集中隔离生活。
在包头的第一次早餐就让我们感受到了大城市的优越性——居然是麦当劳鸡肉汉堡。食宿的其他方面,也比在额济纳时改善了许多。不过,核酸检测也加强了,前七天要每天从双鼻分别取样,因为北方空气干燥,呼吸道会变得脆弱,来自南方的同事有点不大适应,有几个人的鼻子都被捅破了。前几天还可以两人一个房间,有个伴儿,后来改成一人一间,还安装了门禁和窗户限高架,不让出门。隔离点还配备了心理咨询师,随时进行心理辅导。
虽然离开了“高风险”,额济纳的疫情还是让我们牵挂,每次听说有人确诊,大家的心都提到嗓子眼儿,赶紧对照行动轨迹看有没有重合。这样的状态显然是不正常的。为此,我建议大家“动起来”,出点汗,既能排毒,又能缓解焦虑情绪。我们建了一个锻炼群,每天早上约起来练几个简单有效的瑜珈动作,十几分钟到半个小时不等。“云锻炼”的效果真的挺好,每次做完我都觉得神清气爽,连吃饭都好像香了很多。
转移到包头的最大好处,就是物流渠道通畅了。此前在额济纳,家人同事想帮忙也有心无力,到了这边,蔡卫联系的连花清瘟、健康科技公司寄来的景芝赐康先后送达,帮助我们强身健体;我和陈红华网购了消毒液和手套,给房间做全面消毒;有人为了方便工作让家里赶紧寄电脑,甚至有急性子直接下单买了新电脑……
5.下雪了,我们在房间里“云旅游”。
小吕还过了一个特殊的生日。
11月5日夜里,风很大。6日早起一看,马路上已经积了很厚的雪。雪一直下到中午才停,这可望不可及的风景勾得酒店隔离群里议论纷纷。
包头广播电视台为我们滞留游客特别制作了“云游包头”节目,每天下午3点在公众号播出,有录播也有直播。7日那天的直播节目里,我们“游览”了城市草原赛汗塔拉,看了树丛中蠕动的羊群,在夕阳下悠闲吃草的马群,主持人小姐姐还即兴给跳了一段蒙古舞,看得大家意犹未尽。我暗暗做了一个决定,以后有机会,一定要来逛逛。
7日是立冬,晚饭特意安排了饺子,真好。
11日是吕建营的生日,导游小姐姐委托工作人员送来了生日蛋糕。我们住在小吕隔壁和对门的“邻居”们打开房门,为他唱生日歌,祝他生日快乐。微信群里的祝福当然就更多了。在远离家乡的隔离酒店里过生日,在这个特殊的环境里分享生日蛋糕,而且还收到这么多人的祝福,相信小吕这个生日一定是终生难忘的。
- 我们终于回家啦!
11日这天还有一个好消息,防疫工作人员让签返程人员承诺书!这让大家看到了返程的希望。
果然,到了傍晚,酒店前台来电话,跟每个人确认返程后的居住地址,导游也挨个确认航班信息,回家之路已经在我们面前铺开了。
12日一早,8点还没到,防疫工作人员就来给我们做核酸采样,除了两个鼻孔,还包括卫生间、遥控器和床头柜。这大半个月,每天都做核酸检测,这一次是最让人开心和期待的。
因为大家的目的地不同,只能分批返回,我和吕建营回天津,是第一批,13日早上7点之前要离开酒店。早上5点,我准时起床,收拾好东西,穿好厚外套。团队的微信群里,同事们早早发来了“一路平安”的祝福。出门时,住对面房间的郑昆武帮我把行李提到楼下,同一楼层的周慧娟、蔡卫、王俊扬,楼下的李江组长、盛高仓,都打开房门为我们送行。这么多天来,我们一起经历了快乐、恐惧、彷徨和喜悦,可以说是患难之交,在这分别的时候,心里真有点百感交集。
去机场一路专车相送,登机走专门的绿色通道,一切都很顺利。中午11点50分,我们的飞机准时降落在天津机场。下飞机的第一件事,就是给家人、伙伴报平安。
11月14日,我们的最后一批伙伴平安顺利返回。从这一刻起,我们所有人都回到了正常的工作、生活轨道。
从10月15日相聚算起,30天里,我们经历了磨难,也感受了温暖和力量。我们要感谢强大的祖国,感谢集团上下对我们的关心,感谢所有为我们的安全无私付出的认识和不认识的人们。我相信,有了这段特殊的经历,我们会以更加积极的态度和更大的热情去面对以后的生活和工作。
