This trip to study made me realize many of my shortcomings. First of all, the handling of details in daily work is not good enough. A lot of work only pays attention to the general direction and ignores the details. In fact, this is a hidden danger. Secondly, self-learning is not strong enough, and the observation of the surrounding things is not detailed enough. You can't always say "every line is like a mountain" when communicating with people, because as a member of the sales department, there are all kinds of customers. Only by covering everything can you catch customers. Finally, the management of lower-level employees is not comprehensive enough, especially in terms of execution. In the future, I will try my best to increase my self-study, see more, listen more, do more, do everything well, improve myself and learn to guide others.
