It not only improves the quality of employees, but also ensures the normal operation of the enterprise, and does not have to worry about unnecessary losses caused by the loss of personnel. This trip to study made me realize many of my shortcomings. First of all, the handling of details in daily work is not good enough. A lot of work only pays attention to the general direction and ignores the details. In fact, this is a hidden danger. Secondly, self-learning is not strong enough, and the observation of the surrounding things is not detailed enough. You can't always say "every line is like a mountain" when communicating with people, because as a member of the sales department, there are all kinds of customers. Only by covering everything can you catch customers. Finally, the management of lower-level employees is not comprehensive enough, especially in terms of execution. In the future, I will try my best to increase my self-study, see more, listen more, do more, do everything well, improve myself and learn to guide others.
