The walls on both sides of the bridge are covered with safety slogans. The most unforgettable things are those simple cartoons, which are the works of employees and their children. The color is monotonous and the painting skills are general, but the scenes in the paintings are kind and warm. Through the communication with the sales director, we know that their marketing department has relatively few and relatively stable staff, but in terms of internal affairs, their job responsibilities and daily vacations are not the same as ours, so the comparability is not obvious.
Regarding personnel management, on the whole, their work is more detailed. At first, they are guided one by one by the leaders and gradually form habits. Finally, they can enable employees to actively and consciously complete their work. I think this kind of management method is also very special. The correct guidance is to prevent us from deviating from the common goal, and employees do not have to waste energy to find the direction of development. After grasping the general direction, employees can have their own space to play. They are still working hard to implement the one-post multi-functional system. Ordinary post workers can also handle electrician affairs skillfully and standardized, and vice versa. It not only improves the quality of employees, but also ensures the normal operation of the enterprise, and does not have to worry about unnecessary losses caused by the loss of personnel. Of course, this is also easy to show the level of personal ability, so that employees themselves aware of the crisis, so that more efforts to improve themselves. During dinner, the chef in the canteen also surprised me. The serving staff strictly followed the chef's instructions for the placement of the matching dishes. Even if we said it was okay, she would not compromise. Secondly, self-learning is not strong enough, and the observation of the surrounding things is not detailed enough. You can't always say "every line is like a mountain" when communicating with people, because as a member of the sales department, there are all kinds of customers. Only by covering everything can you catch customers. Finally, the management of lower-level employees is not comprehensive enough, especially in terms of execution. In the future, I will try my best to increase my self-study, see more, listen more, do more, do everything well, improve myself and learn to guide others.

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
