News Recently, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company has obtained another utility model patent issued by the State Intellectual Property Office. The patent name is "an alcohol filtering device for aseptic workshop".

This patent relates to the technical field of alcohol filtration, and discloses an alcohol filtration device used in an aseptic workshop, which comprises an alcohol semen tank and an alcohol perfusion device and a medium input device arranged at the upper end thereof. The alcohol input pipeline is provided with a diaphragm valve. The medium input device includes a water for injection pipeline, a pure steam pipeline and a sterile air pipeline. The lower end of the alcohol semen tank is provided with a filter pipeline. The filter pipeline is provided with two membrane filters. One end of the filter pipeline is connected with a sterile alcohol discharge pipeline and a water outlet pipeline respectively. The patent can realize the three functions of alcohol sterile filtration, online cleaning and online sterilization, can control the rate of alcohol intake, and can also realize the metering of sterile alcohol supply. The device has simple structure and low cost. All pipeline objects are made of 316L stainless steel, and the diaphragm valves are non-retention diaphragm valves. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
