The employees who are the last to the bottom for two consecutive times will be treated as waiting for posts, and the employees who are the second to the bottom for two consecutive times will be transferred. selection management method also stipulates that employees who find hidden dangers in the responsibility area or put forward reasonable suggestions that can be implemented will be rewarded separately.
