The employees who are the last to the bottom for two consecutive times will be treated as waiting for posts, and the employees who are the second to the bottom for two consecutive times will be transferred. The results of the selection will also serve as an important basis for the year-end evaluation. The
selection management method also stipulates that employees who find hidden dangers in the responsibility area or put forward reasonable suggestions that can be implemented will be rewarded separately. In addition to rewarding the responsible employees, the Environmental Security Department will also affix a red flag to praise and affirm the equipment that won the top three in the current month.
