According to the management method, Daye Peak Manufacturing Department divides the main equipment of each system. Except for the large inspection squad leader, each large inspection staff is responsible for the equipment, and the large inspection supervisor is responsible for formulating the list of responsible equipment and hygiene standards. On the premise of not affecting the inspection work, the inspection personnel will use their spare time on duty to sort out, rectify, clean and clean the equipment and site hygiene in the responsible area; when cleaning the equipment for sanitation, the oil level, temperature, noise, vibration and other operating conditions of the equipment shall be taken into account. If equipment accidents occur in the responsible area due to poor equipment inspection, the responsible person in the area shall be jointly and severally liable. The management measures of
stipulate that the chief inspection supervisor of the manufacturing department shall organize on-site inspection at least once a month and score each responsible area on site. Responsible employees can also take the initiative to apply for organizing acceptance and scoring on site when they think that the finishing effect is good. EIA Dept. shall inspect and score each responsible area every month, and inform the general inspection supervisor of the scoring result in time. Finally, the general inspection supervisor summarizes the scores of the department and the environmental security department, and obtains the monthly average score of each employee and publishes it. After the selection results are determined, Daye Peak will reward and assess the top five and bottom three employees accordingly. The employees who are the last to the bottom for two consecutive times will be treated as waiting for posts, and the employees who are the second to the bottom for two consecutive times will be transferred. The results of the selection will also serve as an important basis for the year-end evaluation. The
selection management method also stipulates that employees who find hidden dangers in the responsibility area or put forward reasonable suggestions that can be implemented will be rewarded separately. In addition to rewarding the responsible employees, the Environmental Security Department will also affix a red flag to praise and affirm the equipment that won the top three in the current month.
