On my first day here, I caught up with the 10-kilometer training on Saturday. Here, every morning at 5 o'clock, we get up and put into training. The content is rich, including running, sit-ups, push-ups, squats, high leg lifts, obstacle runs, various military postures, and quick steps before we can eat. Everything makes my skin dark, makes me reborn, and makes me feel how happy it is to study in the classroom!
Special Training Camp left me the deepest memory of a lunch. It was the most abundant meal since I entered the camp. There was a long-lost braised pork. We ate with relish, and there were still a few pieces of braised pork left at the end of the meal. There were rules in the camp that CD was required, so everyone in our class took a few pieces to share. When the monitor turned the meat to me, he looked at the large piece of fat on the plate. I hesitated and reluctantly clamped two pieces. I think I really can't swallow it, and spitting out this fat is a CD. As a result, I really couldn't swallow it, so I put it in my mouth and prepared to spit it out when I put the bowl in the kitchen. The voice of the instructor suddenly came from behind, which startled me -"who told you to spit out the meat! "
I reflexiously spit the meat into my bowl, my heart beat faster and I was so scared that I thought: How will the instructor punish me? But he just said: "Since you don't eat, don't clip it. If you clip it, eat it and don't waste it. " I don't know whether it was because I was afraid of punishment or because I felt that it was a waste of food. At that time, I crustily skin of head and suppressed the disgusting strength to swallow the fat meat. He saw me eat it and left without saying anything. My heart hanging in my throat suddenly came down.
The afternoon training session ended soon. We still entered the restaurant in order for dinner. As a result, we saw only one plate of pickles on each table, not to mention meat. I was wondering in my heart when the instructor said: "" Sympathy for Farmers "you can all recite the CD. We must do it, and we must eat the dishes we have clipped. At noon today, I found that someone did not eat meat and went to the kitchen to spit it into the garbage can. Such behavior is a waste! At that time, I couldn't describe the uncomfortable feeling in my heart. My head was lowered into the floor and I felt very sorry for everyone. Originally, the training was very hard, and I also brought trouble to everyone who could not even eat dinner well. Suddenly, my nose was sore and tears were circling in my eyes. I tried hard to bear it, so I didn't let the tears flow down.
In addition to cherishing food, the special training camp has also taught me a lot. My ability to clean up the house has improved. The sanitation has been cleaner than before, and the table has been wiped cleaner. Thank you to the instructors and my friends.
