This year, Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company won the bid for Tianshili Company to process 60 tons of Chinese medicine yanhusuo decoction pieces. According to the contract requirements, 30 tons of finished products will be delivered to the company's warehouse base in Benxi, Liaoning before 10# June 25 .

According to the production process requirements, Corydalis yanhusuo needs to be broken, bagged and sewn according to the specifications to complete the finished product processing. According to the normal production speed and procedures, it can produce about 3 tons per day, plus subsequent sampling, inspection, production records, preparation of finished product data such as temperature and humidity, and transportation time. Therefore, the pharmaceutical company arranged to start production as planned after the National Day, and the production is expected to be completed in 10 days. However, unfortunately, 10 12 just produced about 10 tons, and received the power restriction notice. 13 , 14 , 20 , 21 , the peak health factory will stop production and have a holiday. If the processing and production of the remaining 20 tons of yanhusuo cannot be completed between 15 and 19 , it will not be delivered on schedule, which will directly affect the company's reputation.

Time is tight and the task is heavy. The management team of the pharmaceutical company immediately organized a meeting of relevant department personnel to adjust the production plan in time.
