Yunnan peak kiln system organization security hidden trouble investigation

News from our newspaper In order to effectively improve the safety awareness of employees and eliminate on-site defects, the relevant person in charge of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company conducted a major investigation of potential safety hazards in the kiln system area on April 14 .

This investigation started with limestone crushing. According to the inspection route and work flow of the post workers, each equipment was carefully observed and possible hidden dangers were carefully searched. All the way down, various hidden dangers such as inadequate protection, high step drop, uneven ground, bare steel or thread ends, rust of counterweight steel platform, messy control box, incomplete cable bridge protection, long-term wet ground and slippery ground were found. These hidden dangers are not very conspicuous at ordinary times and are easy to ignore. After this investigation, some hidden dangers can be solved from the hardware, further reducing the probability of accidents, so as to achieve the goal that safety accidents cannot be committed.

In addition, in addition to carrying out on-site hidden danger search according to post work flow, the kiln system also carries out intensive safety training for different types of work and posts, identifies different risks existing in each type of work and post and explains the corresponding safety operation procedures, analyzes and emphasizes key high-risk work flow, understands the understanding of employees through question and answer, and further improves the training effect. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
