Employees who intend to participate in the selection can register with their units and report to the Human Resources Department of the Group Company after being reviewed by their units. Company has established a reserve talent selection leading group with Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng as the team leader and General Manager Yu Jianhong as the deputy team leader. Applicants have been formally selected into the reserve talent pool of the group company through procedures such as registration qualification review, examination, organization of inspections, comprehensive review, and list publicity. According to the situation of the construction of the talent team of the group company, the reserve talents selected will be divided into two levels of young eagle and flying eagle for directional training.
