The scope of this selection includes employees with formal labor relations (or labor dispatch personnel), deputy positions in the department (office) of the group company, principal positions in the department (office) of the professional company, deputy positions in the management team of directly affiliated enterprises and employees below the principal positions in the management team of subordinate companies (factories). The selection conditions mainly include identifying with peak culture and values, obeying work arrangements, being loyal to the enterprise, and having the potential to cultivate; having a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising, and innovative; having the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, bearing hardships and standing hard work; having a magnanimous mind, integrity and selflessness; having an overall view; having worked in the enterprise for more than two years, with good work performance and excellent performance, making certain contributions to the enterprise; systematically mastering management theoretical knowledge, understand the development status of the industry, industrial policies and relevant laws and regulations; familiar with the business relationship of the unit, and have certain ability to analyze and solve problems. Employees who intend to participate in the selection can register with their units and report to the Human Resources Department of the Group Company after being reviewed by their units. Each subordinate unit can also recommend outstanding employees to participate in the selection.
Company has established a reserve talent selection leading group with Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng as the team leader and General Manager Yu Jianhong as the deputy team leader. Applicants have been formally selected into the reserve talent pool of the group company through procedures such as registration qualification review, examination, organization of inspections, comprehensive review, and list publicity. According to the situation of the construction of the talent team of the group company, the reserve talents selected will be divided into two levels of young eagle and flying eagle for directional training. When selecting cadres at all levels, they are based on the principle of selecting the best, giving priority to selection from the talent pool.
