Organization of the staff work safety education, the goal is to "put an end to illegal behavior, to achieve zero production safety accidents". The main contents include: learning post operation rules and safety operation rules, requiring all staff to master them skillfully, and all key personnel in key posts must pass the test; learning Typical Violation Behavior and Key Points of Safety Management Regulations for High Accident Operation in Cement Enterprises, requiring employees to further understand and master the specific performance of illegal operation behavior, harmfulness and possible consequences of illegal operation, and guiding employees to operate strictly according to regulations; carry out the analysis of typical accident cases, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, select the accident cases inside and outside the enterprise in recent years, organize the employees to analyze, summarize and comment, and improve the employees' ability to distinguish violations and put an end to violations of the consciousness.

In combination with the safety risk assessment and anti-habitual violation work carried out by the company in recent years, all subordinate enterprises are also required to fully implement the safety risk assessment during this activity. In addition to setting up risk identification notification forms in dangerous places, all temporary operations must carry out risk identification and assessment before operation. Operators shall fill in the risk assessment form and propose safety precautions. Relevant personnel shall supervise and inspect the operation; mobilizes all employees to carry out in-depth inspection and self-examination of anti-violation operations, and intensify the assessment of illegal operations.

The company requires the management teams of all subordinate units to have a deep understanding of the harmfulness of safety accidents, and the main leaders personally take charge of this activity as a key task during the year, so as to achieve full participation, full education, highlight key points, and focus on actual results.
