The

nuclear and radiation safety hazard investigation expert group reviewed the radiation-related data of the raw material cross-belt analyzer and inspected the implementation of the radiation management system such as third-party monitoring, personnel qualification training and personal dose management in the radiation site. The setting of on-site warning cordon, railings, warning lights and other signs of the raw material cross-belt analyzer and the implementation of personal protection management measures were carefully inspected. At the same time, the expert group also checked the environmental protection procedures related to the EIA and acceptance of the 110kV substation construction project and the 110kV peak cement plant transmission line construction project completed in August 7, 2012. The expert group affirmed the work done by Yunnan Jianfeng in radiation safety management, and put forward requirements for the deficiencies in radiation safety protection and emergency plan drills. The special inspection team for environmental protection law enforcement conducted detailed inspections on the administrative license of Yunnan Jianfeng environmental protection, the implementation of environmental protection procedures for construction projects, and the management of waste gas, waste water, and solid waste by listening to reports, checking data, looking at ledgers, and on-site inspections. The inspection team conducted on-site inspections at the production sites of limestone crushing, auxiliary stacking shed, raw meal roller pressing, waste mineral oil warehouse, etc. in the clinker system mine, as well as hazardous waste management, sewage treatment system and wastewater disposal, and on-line monitoring points of pollution sources in the central control room, and conducted detailed inspections on the handling of environmental protection procedures and relevant ledger data of the enterprise.
