Anhui Xinbeika Phase II Sewage Treatment Project Completed Completion Acceptance

, Anhui Xinbeika started to comprehensively improve the environmental protection treatment system in view of the bottleneck problems of environmental protection treatment such as waste gas treatment, high-salt wastewater treatment and high-concentration wastewater treatment, in the same year, the technical renovation of the regenerative high temperature oxidation furnace (RTO ) with waste gas treatment capacity of 20000 m3/h air volume was completed to ensure that the online automatic monitoring data of VOCs of the total exhaust pipe of the process tail gas reached the standard stably. The sewage treatment system was reformed to increase the wastewater treatment capacity from 60t/d to 150t/d , solve the production bottleneck problem that wastewater could not be treated in time at that time. In 2020 , the double-effect evaporation system with high-salt wastewater treatment capacity 4 t/h will be put into operation to replace the kettle steaming system with high energy consumption, low efficiency and large waste production, which cannot meet the production requirements, and the balance will be designed to prepare for the high-salt wastewater to be produced in the second phase of the production project; the halogen-containing waste gas treatment capacity 5000 m3/h activated carbon adsorption desorption system has been debugged and operated to ensure that the halogen-containing tail gas that cannot enter the RTO treatment system is stably discharged up to the standard. Due to the upgrading of wastewater pipe standards and the construction of the second-phase production project, Anhui Xinbeika has carried out overall transformation and upgrading on the basis of the existing sewage treatment system. , and the ultraviolet catalytic advanced oxidation system (UV-AOP ) imported from Germany has been introduced, different from the traditional Fenton oxidation system, it has strong treatment capacity for all kinds of high-concentration wastewater, and can be well compatible with the complexity of the first and second phases of production of high-concentration wastewater in Anhui Xinbei Card. The second phase of sewage treatment project was completed, commissioned and accepted in 2021 and put into operation in 8 . So far, Anhui Xinbeika environmental protection treatment system can deal with waste gas and waste water generated by various production, effectively ensuring the safety and normal production of enterprises.
