"Cement Enterprise Site Governance Standards (Trial)" clearly stipulates the main site governance standards of cement enterprises and the main contents that need to meet the standards, and clarifies the basic requirements for each site link in the three-year action plan for site governance. The "site" includes not only all facilities and equipment of the production line, but also the gate, factory roads, office buildings and living areas. The "contents that need to meet the standards" include not only fixed location management and site hygiene, but also clearly stipulate the color of the building appearance and facilities and equipment, the marking of ground functions, the marking methods of various signs and signs, etc., basically covering all places within the factory area of cement enterprises.

It is understood that since the "Cement Enterprise Site Governance Standard (Trial)" is the company's first innovative document on site governance, the regulations for site details need to be further improved. The company requires all cement companies to be specific During the implementation process, suggestions are made according to the actual situation. The company will also organize a standard revision once a year, and strive to achieve major changes in the cement enterprise site through three years of hard work, and make the trial standard an advanced, comprehensive and replicable enterprise standard.
