I remember when I was a child, the most common sentence I heard from my elders in the village was "was not repaired in the previous life, but was born next week " . At that time, Xiazhou Village in Luobu Town was a typical poor village with no financial resources. The villagers guarded one-third of an acre of land every day, facing the loess and back to the sky, and worked hard to live. They could not even solve the most basic food and clothing. It was a famous poor bachelor village nearby. In such a difficult environment, what I enjoyed most was listening to my grandfather, who had been a private school, telling red stories.

1927 6# September, our village set up the first party branch, which is one of the earlier party branches in western Zhejiang. it has added new vitality to the revolutionary cause in western Zhejiang. After the establishment of the party organization in western Zhejiang, it developed rapidly, and the worker-peasant movement was on the rise. Among them, Wang Jinbo, Qiu Fuxiang, Chen Ziqing, Zheng Gentu, Yan Rucheng and other advanced elements from our village joined the Communist Party. They often use relatives and teachers to teach as a cover, actively develop peasant associations and peasant associations, publicize revolutionary ideas, and call on the oppressed people to resist the reactionary rule of the Kuomintang. Under the leadership of the branch, party members, peasant associations, and activists of the peasant association carried out various struggles, won revolutionary victories, and made full mobilization and preparations for the arrival of the Autumn Harvest Uprising. The Communist Party members headed by Wang Jinbo also organized a drama club according to the characteristics of Luobu area, publicized revolutionary ideals through drama performances, and called on the poor people to unite to overthrow the reactionary rule.

, the agricultural tax riot in Hutian Grain Depot was a heroic mass movement of the poor masses under the leadership of the Red Army against the reactionary rule of the Kuomintang and exorbitant taxes. Today, the course of time has spanned a century. The revolutionary ancestors of Xiazhou Village who took part in the uprising are no longer alive, and many revolutionary relics have changed several times. The prosperous Wanyun Wharf no longer exists, and the teahouses and grocery shops beside the wharf have long been closed. However, the evocative red stories are still vivid in the word of mouth of our local people, and the dusty history has been firmly engraved in the hearts of the masses.

In order to commemorate the heroic deeds of the revolutionary ancestors, our village started the construction of the Red Luobu Historical Revolution Memorial Hall in 2019 , covering an area of 120 square meters. It was completed in 2020 12 , becoming an important base for school red education. The memorial hall records the red revolutionary road forged by our ancestors with their blood and lives. Their heroic deeds of throwing their heads and blood for national liberation and the evocative revolutionary spirit behind them make me extremely proud and proud as a later generation of Communists.

Since Comrade Xi Jinping 2005 put forward the concept of "Green Water and Green Mountain is Jinshan Yinshan " in Anji, Huzhou, Zhejiang, our village cadres and village committees have led the villagers to roll up their sleeves and work hard. Through concerted efforts and hard work, we have changed from a low-income village to a civilized tourism village, with beautiful and neat row houses replacing dilapidated thatched houses. More than ten acres of low fields at the foot of the mountain are planted with lotus. In summer, the lotus is blooming, and the breeze makes people relaxed and happy. There is a winding river around the village in our village. In the past, when the rainy season came, the whole village would be submerged by the flood, and the villagers were miserable. Now after the construction of water conservancy projects, the river is clear and the fish are cheerful, just like a transparent beautiful ribbon. The colorful rice fields by the river are a beautiful scenery line, and the party flag flutters in the wind along the river, guiding us forward forever.

Grandma Xifu's family next door is just 100 years old this year. She is hale and hearty and has good ears and eyes. Every time she talked about her young experience, she burst into tears. Because her husband died early, she led 5 sons to beg everywhere. It's miserable! She said that it is better now, thanks to the Communist Party, the family is happy and live a happy life. As he spoke, he began to sing: "The sky in the liberated areas is a bright sky, the people in the liberated areas love it, the democratic government loves the people, and the kindness of the Communist Party is endless ......" Most of the old people in the village can sing red songs, and they have deep feelings for the party and the revolutionary martyrs.

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
