News from our newspaper With the advancement of the company's first independent identification of employees' professional skill levels, the question bank for cement production workers and pharmaceutical preparation workers has been launched on the platform of the enterprise university in early 9# April. Starting from 9# June 3 , employees participating in the identification can log in to "brush questions" through their mobile phones ".
Since the company obtained the qualification of professional skill grade for cement production workers and pharmaceutical preparation workers in4 March, after voluntary registration and qualification examination of employees, 112 employees of cement enterprises and 75 employees of pharmaceutical enterprises have been determined to participate in the qualification of professional skill grade. In order to enable these employees to better master business knowledge and prepare for professional knowledge examination and skill examination, in addition to relevant enterprises organizing targeted business training, the company's human resources department also uses the enterprise university platform to create 230 professional skill grade identification question bank according to positions, professional functions and application grades, in total, cement production workers have six types of work: objective questions 3654 , subjective questions 1777 , objective questions 2056 and subjective questions 257 .
It is understood that according to the type of work and professional skill level declared by the employees, the Human Resources Department has assigned the corresponding question bank in place on3 . Employees can carry out sequential and random exercises according to their own needs, or they can choose question banks with different professional functions for special exercises.
