I went back for a physical examination last year and got the physical examination report. There was a half-page problem on it. Fortunately, the doctor said after seeing it that it was all minor problems. I was a little relieved, but I also had to pay attention to my health. I didn't know when the minor problems would become major problems. No one can say for sure. We should try our best to get rid of some bad habits, eliminate those small problems, and strangle the harm in the cradle.

When you encounter problems, don't fight alone, talk to your family and friends more, release your pressure, and adjust your mood.
