I know exactly what the situation is, but I am just idle to amuse me. This time the fire was probably caused by eating too much sour papaya. The sour papaya on this side of Yunnan was dipped in chili powder and salt. Many people from outside can't accept this strange sour, spicy and salty, but like the locals, I think it tastes good, so everyone says I am half a Yunnan. However, this time "broken phase " is undoubtedly reminding me to pay attention to my physical condition and make timely adjustments.

I especially agree with a sentence that I accidentally saw on the Internet: the sign of a person getting better starts with cherishing himself. That's right! If you want life to be smooth sailing, you must first learn to protect yourself. I think that in the next period of time, I should control my diet and move towards a light direction. I should treat three meals a day with my heart, eat on time, control sugar and avoid spicy food, eat more vegetables and fruits, and refuse junk food. I am glad that since the middle of last year, Chinese food in the canteen has provided free seasonal fruits. Although there are not many varieties, I am very satisfied. After all, it is still a bit difficult for me to go to Liushun Town to buy fruits without a car.

Since I went to college, I have released myself, played games, stayed up until early morning, and occasionally went to Internet cafes all night with friends. When I realized that my hair volume was gradually thinning and my hairline was slowly moving backward, it was obviously too late, and the disadvantages of staying up late were obvious. Fortunately, there was no entertainment near me after work, so I returned to the dormitory early. Just in order to save my precarious hairline, I tried to start the regular routine of going to bed early and getting up early, and did not dare to indulge myself any more. But even so, still using expensive hair growth shampoo, exhausted all kinds of folk remedies, also failed to save the hairline back a little bit! Sure enough, once some things are lost, it is difficult to find them back!

I went back for a physical examination last year and got the physical examination report. There was a half-page problem on it. Fortunately, the doctor said after seeing it that it was all minor problems. I was a little relieved, but I also had to pay attention to my health. I didn't know when the minor problems would become major problems. No one can say for sure. We should try our best to get rid of some bad habits, eliminate those small problems, and strangle the harm in the cradle.

Please pay attention to your health! Health is one, everything else is zero. Take care of yourself and there will be unlimited possibilities in the future. When you encounter problems, don't fight alone, talk to your family and friends more, release your pressure, and adjust your mood. Push off unnecessary social parties and spare more time for yourself to feel and cherish the small happiness of ordinary days.
