In order to improve work efficiency, employees in twinning positions need to memorize the pitch table. There are dozens of pitches in the table. Li Yuegen memorized the pitch table in only one week, while ordinary new employees need one month to fully remember it. 3 months later, he served as the leader of the city's telephone cable pair. After returning from the visit, he suggested, according to the production line of the cable company, that the manual oil filling should be changed to the automatic oil filling method with a pneumatic pump, and the employees could complete the transformation themselves. After everyone's brainstorming, the transformation of the air pressure pump automatic refueling equipment was completed, using the sink eliminated from the workshop, which not only achieved waste utilization, but also reduced labor costs and improved work efficiency.
