After returning from the visit, he suggested, according to the production line of the cable company, that the manual oil filling should be changed to the automatic oil filling method with a pneumatic pump, and the employees could complete the transformation themselves. After everyone's brainstorming, the transformation of the air pressure pump automatic refueling equipment was completed, using the sink eliminated from the workshop, which not only achieved waste utilization, but also reduced labor costs and improved work efficiency.
