In order to improve work efficiency, employees in twinning positions need to memorize the pitch table. There are dozens of pitches in the table. Li Yuegen memorized the pitch table in only one week, while ordinary new employees need one month to fully remember it. 3 months later, he served as the leader of the city's telephone cable pair. In his usual work, Li Yuegen attaches great importance to observation and thinking. Before, when the cable company made the HYAT oil-filled cable, it started with manual oil filling, generally requiring 3-5 people together, which was time-consuming. During a visit to a peer company, Li Yuegen saw an oil-filled equipment and felt that he could learn from it. After returning from the visit, he suggested, according to the production line of the cable company, that the manual oil filling should be changed to the automatic oil filling method with a pneumatic pump, and the employees could complete the transformation themselves. After everyone's brainstorming, the transformation of the air pressure pump automatic refueling equipment was completed, using the sink eliminated from the workshop, which not only achieved waste utilization, but also reduced labor costs and improved work efficiency.
