emergency law enforcement inspection team focused on the preliminary design of the enterprise mine and the design of safety facilities, the team of emergency management agencies for production safety, the reserve of emergency materials, the establishment of ledgers, the preparation of emergency rescue plans, the allocation of emergency equipment, emergency education and training, emergency disposal, and warning signs by means of inspecting the mine site, consulting materials, and inquiring and assessing relevant operators. In the process of inspection, the inspection team focused on the safety management work such as the design of safety facilities and infrastructure acceptance of Maoping Dazhuqing limestone mine. The relevant person in charge of Yunnan Jianfeng said that the company will strictly follow the rectification requirements put forward by the inspection team to earnestly implement safety management work, ensure the closed loop of safety hazard inspection, rectification, and acceptance, and strive to organize completion acceptance as soon as possible and obtain a safety production license.
The occupational health inspection team adopts the methods of checking the site, consulting materials, inquiring and evaluating relevant operators, etc., based on the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law, Regulations on Supervision and Management of Occupational Health in Workplace and Technical Regulations on Dust Prevention in Cement Production (GB/T16911 ), at the production site, the rules and regulations for the prevention and control of dust and toxic and harmful gas hazards in cement production and the post operation procedures, the daily monitoring of dust and poison in the workplace, occupational health training and occupational health surveillance files, and the long-term mechanism management system of "1 3 5" safety production inspection were mainly inspected; software special inspection from the responsibility system, rules and regulations management institutions, occupational hazards pre-prevention, workplace management, protective facilities, personal protection, education and training, health monitoring, emergency management and other aspects in turn. The purpose of this special inspection is to promote enterprises to improve production processes, improve dust and virus prevention facilities and strengthen occupational health management, effectively prevent, reduce and eliminate dust and toxic hazards, curb the occurrence of occupational diseases, and ensure safe production of enterprises.
