According to the requirements of the group company, each enterprise sorts out the areas to be improved on the work site from

aspects such as purification and beautification, rectification and management, adding auxiliary equipment, process technology improvement, production equipment improvement, quality control improvement, operation control improvement, safety facilities improvement, and staff quality improvement, each item requires the name of the project, the current defects, the transformation plan, the goal reached after the transformation, the investment budget, the planned implementation time and the responsible person. In order to ensure the orderly and safe implementation of the on-site management projects in the plan, the group company requires that the on-site image transformation projects involved in the implementation of the plan, such as the appearance and color of buildings, general signs, etc., should be implemented according to the group's standardized atlas. If there are no provisions in the standardized atlas, all directly affiliated enterprises should report to the audit performance management department of the group company for coordination and approval, the pharmaceutical subsidiary shall report to the pharmaceutical company for coordination and approval. For the technological transformation projects in the action plan, the application and approval procedures shall be handled separately according to the internal control regulations of the group company. The project plan to be implemented during the year will be further refined and implemented according to the priority of the governance content, so as to save costs and achieve good results. At the same time, the company also requires all units to implement dynamic management of governance projects. According to technological progress or successful governance plans of brother units, the original plan can be appropriately adjusted or increased or decreased. Before the implementation of on-site governance projects, the plan should be well designed, and the governance plan should be formed by pictures, design drawings and words. After the transformation, the good results should be upgraded to the group company standards and replicated; the group company will also give rewards to enterprises or projects that meet the governance progress and have significant effects as appropriate.
