In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, in recent years, Daye Peak field equipment and process flow are constantly improving. In order to ensure the better operation of the equipment, there is an interlocking and logical relationship between the equipment and the equipment, but it is not standardized, and it is difficult to find the root cause of the failure in the first time after the equipment is abnormal. This special meeting standardized the modification process of on-site parameters and interlocking settings, corrected the existing problems and defects, and realized the paper-based interlocking, logical relationship and parameters of all equipment. The meeting requires central control operators, general inspection and electricians to be familiar with the interlocking logic relationship of DCS program so as to troubleshoot in the future.
