The anti-terrorism drill site simulates criminals breaking into the park. The emergency plan exercise for power failure simulated the scene of local short circuit caused by rats entering the total high voltage drop cabinet, most of the main machines in the production line jumped power, the emergency plan was started, and personnel were organized to repair the power failure at the short circuit point. Before the drill, the members of the planning team carefully sorted out and improved the emergency plan, organized the personnel participating in the drill to hold a training kick-off meeting, clarified the purpose of the drill and the responsibilities of the organization, and explained the key points of emergency response. The exercise involved the coordination and cooperation of the electrical, kiln system and waste heat power generation system of the production and manufacturing department, and comprehensively tested the emergency response, coordination and cooperation ability of the employees of all systems in the department in response to power outages in the whole plant, and made great efforts to improve the emergency response ability and level of employees. After the drill, the participants analyzed and summarized the situation of the drill and the existing deficiencies, and found the causes of the problems in each link of the drill, improved the emergency plan, and improved the practicability and operability of the emergency plan.
