It is the first of its kind in China to pass the consistency evaluation and won the bid in the fourth batch of national drug centralized procurement in 2 this year. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 11 hours to complete a batch of production, plus equipment cleaning and sterilization. In order to solve the problems in production in time, the team members of the first manufacturing department took turns on duty and worked overtime until early morning with the employees. Considering the busy production, it is early morning after work, moreover, some employees are far away from home. In order to ensure that employees have enough rest time, the First Manufacturing Department specially applied for two dormitories to work shifts. Because this rush is the first large-scale stock after olopatadine won the bid for centralized procurement, the leaders of the group company and the pharmaceutical company attach great importance to it and go to the production site many times to understand the situation and visit the overtime workers. Pharmaceutical companies have also given a lot of support for production deployment and other aspects.

In order to solve the imbalance of product output and production in each workshop, the First Manufacturing Department has organized mutual learning and training for employees in different workshops and positions in recent years, with the aim of adjusting each other when workshop production is tight or production plans are temporarily adjusted. Zheng Kunwu, manager of the first manufacturing department, said that according to the market situation of olopatadine eye drops, the first manufacturing department will consider updating some equipment to expand production capacity, improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs.
