In order to ensure that employees have enough rest time, the First Manufacturing Department specially applied for two dormitories to work shifts. Because this rush is the first large-scale stock after olopatadine won the bid for centralized procurement, the leaders of the group company and the pharmaceutical company attach great importance to it and go to the production site many times to understand the situation and visit the overtime workers. Pharmaceutical companies have also given a lot of support for production deployment and other aspects.

In order to solve the imbalance of product output and production in each workshop, the First Manufacturing Department has organized mutual learning and training for employees in different workshops and positions in recent years, with the aim of adjusting each other when workshop production is tight or production plans are temporarily adjusted.
