News from our newspaper 6# February 24 , as one of the highlights of the company's 2021 safety production month series of activities, the second phase of the "I'll give you a lesson" safety training was held at the group headquarters. The management personnel, production backbones and personnel from all departments and offices of the group gathered at the scene, and foreign enterprises took safety "big lessons" through video ", more effective than teaching. At this point, the "I'll give you a lesson" safety training has come to a successful conclusion.

"Big Class", Daye Peak Wu Xinqiong, Yunnan Peak Liu Fengbin, Anhui New Peak North Carolina Wang Lijun, Cable Company Wang Debo, Peak Health Zhou Guangliang, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Department Lu Xianhui, and Group Audit Performance Department Li Xiaoyin took turns to "take the stage" to give lectures. They share their work experience in safety production from the aspects of safety risk control practice, supervision and management requirements for special operations, quality requirements of safety officers, safety culture and concept, new version of "safety production law", hidden danger investigation, how to learn lessons from accidents, etc., to spread safety knowledge and concept, and explain safety laws and regulations and systems. During the 4 hours of teaching, because the content is close to reality, the analysis is reasonable, the point of view is novel, and the explanation is vivid, the staff listened very carefully, which played a good educational effect.

Group heads of departments and offices and representatives of subordinate enterprise managers formed a "jury" with a total of 22 people to rate the teaching results of 6 teachers respectively. In the end, Li Xiaoyin won the first prize, Wu Xinqiong and Lu Xianhui won the second prize, and Wang Debo, Wang Lijun, Zhou Guangliang and Liu Fengbin won the third prize.

"Let me teach you a lesson" is a safety training activity launched by the company during this year's Safety Month. Previously, in the first stage of each production enterprise, teachers were selected within each unit, and the teachers carefully prepared the course content and combed and shared the safety work experience. The staff checked the deficiencies according to the safety requirements and tested their own safety management quality. The training form and content were positively responded by the subordinate production enterprises, and the staff participation was very high.

After the "Big Class" appraisal on 24 , Chen Tianci, chairman of the board of supervisors and member of the safety committee of the group company, fully affirmed the on-site performance of all teachers when summarizing on the spot. He believes that "I will teach you a lesson" has achieved two goals. It not only strengthens the exchange of safety management experience between enterprises, and provides new safety management ideas for brother enterprises through experience sharing, knowledge transfer and management thinking, but also because In order to teach this lesson well, teachers have consulted a lot of materials, analyzed and summarized the shortcomings of internal safety management of enterprises, and conducted in-depth thinking, promote the improvement of the quality of safety management personnel.

In view of the in-depth development of production safety work in the second half of the year, Chen Tianci put forward two hopes: I hope that the form of "I'll give you a lesson" can be maintained for a long time in the enterprise, and the teachers should improve their flexibility in the future teaching process and explain in combination with accident cases to enhance the training effect and avoid boredom. It is hoped that all enterprises will conscientiously sum up the lessons of various accidents in the first half year, in the future work, we should do a good job in safety management, especially the safety risk management and control work. Through joint management and joint efforts, we will strive to achieve the goal of zero accidents in the second half of the year.
