To this end, the cable company has also set up a special golden idea management working group to do a good job in the collection, classification, review, implementation, filing, and rewards of suggestions and opinions. activity, the employees of the cable company have actively participated and received a total of 45 suggestions and improvement plans. All those who participate in the activities in the first quarter have small gifts, and those who have more than 10 points have another big gift. Although the technical and quality department has few personnel, there are many golden ideas. a total of 15 articles have been put forward, accounting for 1/3 of all the suggestions. the contents involve several categories such as quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increase, technical reform suggestions, staff management, etc., and all the suggestions have been adopted. Some suggestions are very small details, usually employees do not pay much attention to, but it will affect the quality of the product and production efficiency. The technical quality department has the most contact with the production department, and the suggestions put forward are more operable, and won the only collective award - quarter golden idea suggestion best department.
