Although the technical and quality department has few personnel, there are many golden ideas. a total of 15 articles have been put forward, accounting for 1/3 of all the suggestions. the contents involve several categories such as quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increase, technical reform suggestions, staff management, etc., and all the suggestions have been adopted. Some suggestions are very small details, usually employees do not pay much attention to, but it will affect the quality of the product and production efficiency. The technical quality department has the most contact with the production department, and the suggestions put forward are more operable, and won the only collective award - quarter golden idea suggestion best department.
