Many employees do not take holidays such as double holidays or even Spring Festival and May Day. The Storage and Operation Department and Transportation Department resume operations from the third day of the year. The operation volume of each warehouse has continuously set new historical records. The operation volume of Xiaohuang Village warehouse is basically 700-800 tons / days, with a maximum of 981 tons in a single day. The maximum container operation volume of shoe pond warehouse is 24 in a single day. Jinhua South Station warehouse has a daily operation volume of up to 40 woes.
Faced with severe arrival pressure, Jianfeng International Trade once faced problems such as insufficient storage capacity, insufficient pallets, shortage of personnel, and fewer short-barge vehicles. To this end, Jianfeng International Trade has repeatedly convened various departments to discuss and analyze, adjust and arrange positions, organize staffing, allocate vehicles, equip pallets, purchase rain cloth, etc.3 on 4 and 5 , in order to complete the 3000 ton warehouse transfer task temporarily required by the railway department, the peak international trade organization arranged more than 20 people to work continuously for 2 nights until 2: 30 in the morning.
In order to relieve the pressure on personnel, Jianfeng International Trade will further strengthen personnel recruitment, improve customer service and solve customer pain points, especially problems such as vehicle congestion and delivery order. At the same time, combined with the current business situation, optimize the organizational structure, accelerate the on-site governance and transformation of the group company, improve the operation ability, and accelerate the construction of network freight platform and warehouse management information system.
