This exercise simulates the scene of the daily cleaning operation in the clay warehouse during the peak avoidance time of the daily kiln shutdown, when the post personnel enter the clay warehouse to check or clean the warehouse, suffocate and faint due to insufficient oxygen content, the emergency plan is started, and personnel are actively organized to carry out on-site rescue. Before the drill, the relevant personnel of Yunnan Jianfeng Safety and Environmental Protection Department also assessed the risks in limited space operations and organized special training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
This exercise effectively improved the response speed, command level and actual combat capability of the rescue team in dealing with emergencies in limited space, and accumulated actual combat experience for rapid, efficient and orderly response to various accidents. At the same time, it also well tested the scientificity and operability of the enterprise emergency rescue plan, provided a good training platform for the comprehensive quality and rescue ability of the emergency rescue team, and achieved the expected results.
