Starting from the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai and the Red Boat of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, our party set sail with a dream and led the broad masses of the people to achieve a series of great victories such as the Agrarian Revolution, the War of Resistance against Japan, and the War of Liberation, which enabled China to end its humiliating history of being invaded and enslaved for more than 100 years, truly becoming an independent country and opening up a new era in history. "For the sake of sacrifice and ambition, dare to teach the sun and moon to change the new sky " , on China's difficult and tortuous development road in the past, the Communist Party of China led the Chinese nation to strive for the realization of communism. Both theory and practice have proved that it is no accident that the Communist Party of China can lead the Chinese people to achieve great achievements, but because it has a series of excellent characteristics, lofty ideals, scientific theory guidance, strict discipline and strong leadership. Looking back on the history of the party for 100 years, we can truly appreciate the hardships of road opening and life changes. We also have the responsibility and obligation to pass on the red classics and carry forward the red culture, so that there is little hope, strength and example.

I learned more about the glorious journey of the Chinese Communist Party from studying the history of the Party. Looking back at that year, shortly after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, China was facing the choice of "Two Fates, Two Promises " , the democratic parties of our country were the representatives of the national bourgeoisie and the upper petty bourgeoisie in the city, and there were many famous industrialists in the leadership, were they close to the Communist Party or the Kuomintang? To survive and develop, there was only one choice. Why do we in the Chinese Communist Party have such a strong appeal to gain the support of the democratic parties at the critical juncture of the life-and-death game? Party history tells us that it is no accident that the democratic parties accept the leadership of the Communist Party. Most of China's major democratic parties were established during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation. Many founders, such as Zhang Lan, Shen Junru, Huang Yanpei, Ma Xulun, Xu Deheng, and so on, have experienced the great changes of the times since the Revolution of 1911, pursuing the truth of saving the country and the people, determined to support the country and join the democratic revolution. The establishment of their relationship with the Communist Party of China has gone through repeated trade-offs and ideological games, and even paid the price of blood. Finally, in the long-term development and struggle, they gradually saw that the Communist Party is not only the vanguard of the Chinese working class, but also the Chinese people. As an enterprise manager, I always believe that the party's ideological and political work is a magic weapon, no matter in any enterprise has its role. Our enterprises at all levels must give full play to the role of the party organization as a fighting fortress. Party organizations at all levels help the management team to run their own enterprises well, and lead the majority of employees to work hard to do their jobs through the vanguard and exemplary role of party members and cadres. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
