The causes of these accidents are different, including falling accidents caused by non-compliance with safety management by foreign construction units; slipping and falling accidents caused by failure to wear labor protection articles in accordance with regulations; and vehicle collision accidents caused by non-compliance with traffic rules. There are also 3 accidents caused by illegal operation.
For the safety supervision of foreign construction units, we cannot take a single safety agreement as the whole management, but should give necessary supervision during the whole construction process, to ensure that there must be a person in charge of safety at the construction site, and the person in charge of safety cannot leave the site without special circumstances. If it is found in the supervision process that the internal management of construction personnel is chaotic and there is a high risk of accidents in the construction process, the internal personnel of the enterprise shall be arranged for on-site supervision in the subsequent risk control process.
In the daily work within the enterprise, will we dump the collected waste oil privately because of inertia, such as clearly placing the collected waste oil in the designated location, but in order to take a few steps less? Whether due to bad habits, such as climbing without any safety protection measures, and then illegal construction; When we face other colleagues' illegal operations, if you see a colleague climbing forklifts and stacking there, will he come forward to stop it? What is safety for you and me who are in various jobs in the enterprise? Safety is to live responsibly for yourself and your colleagues.
For these internal staff accidents, although they did not cause serious consequences, it also reflects that our safety management is not in place. Judging from several safety accidents that have occurred since this year, illegal operations are still the main cause of the accidents, while the convenience of doing things and the existence of fluke psychology show that the safety concept in employees' minds has not been firmly established. This requires our managers to always pay attention to safety training and education, so as to make unremitting efforts. Safe process equipment, advanced safety technology and safety management system with rewards and punishments in place play a supporting role in the safety culture of the enterprise. However, only our employees' attitude towards work safety can really promote the safety culture.
