Yunnan Jianfeng takes more measures to save water

Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company is located in the southwestern part of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Water resources are mainly supplied by precipitation. Although the total amount of rainfall is relatively abundant, because the area is mostly mountainous, water resources development is difficult and the time distribution is extremely uneven. The contradiction between supply and demand is prominent. In particular, in 2019 , Pu 'er City experienced the heaviest period of meteorological drought days in the same period since meteorological records were made. The average total drought days exceeded 200 days, and the storage capacity of Dazhong River Reservoir, the peak water intake point in Yunnan, was low and tight. In response to this situation, Yunnan Jianfeng has been attaching importance to water-saving work in recent years, and has established a water-saving work leading group with the general manager as the team leader and the managers of various departments as the team members to study and deploy the company's internal water-saving work. Strengthen Publicity and Standardize Management to Make Water Saving a Daily Day for Employees

Standardize measurement, establish ledgers, and make sure that you have a good idea of water use

Yunnan Peak will set up full-time water-saving personnel to uniformly manage the company's raw water pretreatment, raw water supply, measurement, and daily management and maintenance work, and be responsible for the regular verification of measuring instruments. According to "Water Metering Assessment Management System " , water metering management is implemented. A total of 3 primary water meters and 9 secondary water meters are installed. A water metering network diagram is established to form a basis for assessment management, laying a foundation for the implementation of daily water quota decomposition, and at the same time ensuring real-time monitoring and feedback of running, emitting, dripping and leaking. In order to make the water-saving work more practical and detailed, the water-saving management department decomposes the annual water consumption index into the daily water consumption, decomposes the daily water consumption into each key water consumption part, and establishes a water consumption account. The meter reader regularly analyzes the ledger, finds that the water consumption exceeds the standard, and reports it to the water saving team. The water-saving team timely analyzed the reasons for the excessive water consumption, and found out the water-saving methods as far as possible for those who did increase the water consumption due to the needs of business development. The waste of water resources caused by illegal water use or work omission shall be punished accordingly, so as to fundamentally put an end to the phenomenon of man-made waste of water.

The hardness of circulating water in the waste heat power generation system of Yunnan Jianfeng Plant increases due to evaporation, and produces about 3 cubic meters of sewage every year. For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng invested nearly 20 yuan to re-lay a special pipe network, and treated the sewage with high hardness for mine greening, truck washing, limestone crushing and spraying, etc. At the same time, the reclaimed water treated by the rainwater collection tank and sewage treatment station in the factory area is used for watering the roads and sites in the factory area. With the above two measures alone, Yunnan peak can save 3.5 cubic meters of water resources per year, and 2.5 yuan / cubic meters can save 8.75 yuan per year.

The latest anaerobic sewage treatment technology is adopted, the COD emission value of the outlet is reduced to 60 mg per liter, which is far lower than the national first-class emission standard of 100 mg per liter. The new system adopts advanced oxidation reaction tower, ozonation method, field energy reactor and sludge adsorption reflux technology, which can quickly and efficiently treat organic pollutants with strong chemical stability without adding any chemicals.
