Employees in relevant positions can declare the corresponding level according to their own conditions; those who have won honorary titles such as "Zhejiang Technical Expert" can directly identify and issue technician skill level certificates; they are among the best in provincial and municipal skill competitions and have won national and provincial technological innovation invention Skilled talents with awards can be declared exceptionally.

In addition, the company also encourages employees to participate in the identification of the second vocational skill level. In principle, the first identification level of the second vocational skill level starts from the primary level. For the identification of similar occupations, the identification level is not higher than the level of the original occupation. Encourage professional and technical personnel who have obtained primary and intermediate titles and have accumulated working years to meet the requirements for vocational skill evaluation and declaration, apply to participate in the vocational skill evaluation of senior workers and technicians corresponding to the occupation (type of work) of the current position.

In order to do a good job in the pilot work of the company's vocational skill level certification, the company has set up a professional skill level certification leading group and working group.
