meeting, each district made a detailed analysis of the sales price and existing problems of various varieties of cement in 2021 , 1-4# November. The marketing manager reported the sales situation in detail and shared the marketing data, business experience and marketing plan around each region 1-4 . With the increase of new production capacity in the regional market, the completion of key projects and the imbalance of market supply and demand, the marketing work will face new challenges. In order to improve the sales target, stabilize the market price, recognize the future form and find the correct positioning, the meeting also made a comprehensive arrangement and deployment of the sales work. The financial department, quality inspection department and packaging group also analyzed the problems existing in the work.
