As T23 and T53 lines need to be pulled twice, which increases the production task, the progress of sheath production is somewhat unable to keep up, and it takes 24 hours to start up. However, due to the shortage of personnel, it is necessary to transfer personnel to arrange night shift. Operator Cai Shunxin voluntarily applied for night shift.
Recently, the orders of the cable company are mainly concentrated on the municipal telephone cable, and this time it is also the products of the municipal telephone cable that need to be rushed. Therefore, the cable company initially notified the employees of the municipal telephone cable post to work overtime on May 1. After understanding the situation, the employees of the digital cable post voluntarily gave up their holidays to assist the municipal telephone cable in rushing to work. The digital cable post and others help to arrange and feed the cable sheath in the city, or install and watch the cable at the cable post. Li Jianxin, an employee of the Comprehensive Finance Department, did not need to work overtime in the workshop originally, but when he heard that the workshop was short of staff, he also applied to join the ranks of overtime. He looked at the lines at the positions of 90 sheath and 150 sheath of the city telephone cable. Like other employees in the workshop, he insisted on fighting in the front line. Their participation has effectively relieved the work pressure of each employee in the city's telephone cable post. In addition, all the supervisors in the workshop also go to work to ensure that the equipment can be started up 24 hours a day, so that "stops people without stopping " . In order to thank the employees for their selfless efforts, the cable company also prepared a gift for the employees who worked overtime and sent it to their posts on May 1, so that the employees could feel the care of the enterprise. Employees have also said that when the effort is understood, no matter how hard it is, no matter how tired it is. As the product order requirements for this rush work are very strict, the customer also specially sent two technicians to supervise the work on site. They also spoke highly of the work attitude of the cable company employees to give up the holiday rush work and the company's care for the employees.
Finally, with the joint efforts of all employees in the cable company's workshop, these two batches of foreign orders were delivered as scheduled.
