Yunnan spike packaging machine upgrade

News from our newspaper Recently, Yunnan Peak Cement Company completed the upgrading of three packaging machines. Before the

packaging machine was upgraded, the single-nozzle control system was controlled by a double-position electromagnet. After the cement filling was completed, the dust was relatively large, the bag weight of the single-box microcomputer control fluctuated greatly, it was difficult to reach the internal control index, and the overall maintenance cost of the packaging machine was high. After upgrading, the single-nozzle control system is changed from the original electromagnet control to pneumatic valve, with low failure rate and easy maintenance. The single-nozzle microcomputer controls the closing of the gate in two times, which can effectively prevent dust. (Luo Zhongrong)
