Yunnan Jianfeng strengthens daily safety management

In order to further supervise and standardize the on-site safety management, Yunnan Jianfeng organized personnel to carry out special inspection of safety tools and appliances in the power room and special inspection of flammable, explosive and pulverized coal preparation systems. The inspection team went to the power rooms of each system to check the daily management contents including the fixed placement of the safety tools and equipment rooms, whether the tools and equipment ledgers are classified and numbered uniformly, the records of entering and leaving the warehouse, and the regular inspection of tools and equipment, etc., and focused on the careful inspection of the most used safety tools and equipment in daily work. During the inspection, the staff conducted a detailed inspection and verification of the wear and tear of safety tools and instruments in each power room under the company's jurisdiction and the date of passing the test to prevent unqualified tools and instruments from flowing into the operation site. For flammable, explosive and pulverized coal preparation system areas, the inspectors are responsible and meticulous, and do not miss any dead corner, and record while checking. After the inspection, the HSE Department will summarize the inspection results and sort them out item by item to provide basis for rectification of each department.

At the same time, in view of the recent situation that there are many outsourcing workers for equipment maintenance and renovation, on January 22, 23, Yunnan Peak organized the on-site leaders of outsourcing units to learn safety knowledge. Tan Guojian, deputy general manager of Yunnan Jianfeng, analyzed the reasons for the current safety irregularities, and required the person in charge of on-site construction safety to do a good job of publicity and education, everyone to participate in the work risk assessment, and the management personnel to supervise and manage the assessment in a timely and effective manner. The quality of lubricating oil has always been one of the difficulties in equipment management. After long-term use, the color, density, viscosity, water content and mechanical impurity content of the oil will change. If these indicators exceed a certain threshold, the performance will be greatly reduced, which will cause hidden dangers to the safe operation of the equipment. At present, the waste heat power generation system turbine lubricating oil has been used continuously for 7 years. Originally, the basis for judging the replacement of lubricating oil for most equipment in Yunnan Peak was based on experience or the period provided by suppliers. Due to differences in operating conditions and environment, the judgment results often had large deviations, either causing waste if the equipment was replaced earlier, or bringing hidden dangers to the safe operation of the equipment if the equipment was replaced later. In particular, large-scale dilute oil stations have the characteristics of being responsible for more lubrication points and more oil volume, and this contradiction is particularly prominent. To this end, Yunnan Peak specially commissioned a professional third-party testing agency to test the turbine lubricating oil of the waste heat power generation system. This not only provides decision-making basis for equipment management personnel to carry out lubrication management and maintenance, avoid serious lubrication failure and mechanical failure, but also avoids the increase of operating cost caused by premature replacement. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
