Since I entered the cable company, I have been studying safety work with Wang Debo, assistant to the general manager of the cable company, sorting out safety files and organizing safety training for all employees. Through long-term engagement in these safety work, I also have a deep understanding of safety knowledge. The implementation of this safety inspection system, daily and middle-level backbone safety inspections, also let me further understand the knowledge of safety, my own safety knowledge level and knowledge has also been improved.
When wearing a red sleeve emblazoned with "Security Inspector " to patrol the workshop every day, I feel that I have been given a heavy responsibility and mission, which inspires me to do this job well. At present, I have been inspecting for more than half a month and feel a lot. In fact, through daily safety inspections with different middle-level backbone personnel, you can learn different safety knowledge, because they are responsible for different tasks, and they all have their own safety points.
Wang Debo is not only the manager of the production department of the cable company, but also the safety leader and part-time safety officer of the cable company. Every time he comes to a post, he will carefully check whether the equipment is running safely and whether the operation of the staff is standard ... Wang Debo will point out in detail the deficiencies found in the inspection, and I will listen carefully beside him and keep the content in mind. During the safety inspection by Bao Jieming, manager of the Comprehensive Finance Department, he will focus on checking the fixed position of articles, trays, etc. If articles are placed at will on the machine, when the machine is started, it is easy to cause personal injury due to vibration and fall. In addition to the inspection contents of equipment safety and article placement, there is also the problem of stacking materials in the workshop. This is the checkpoint that Zhang Jianjun, the warehouse supervisor and I focused on when we carried out the safety inspection together. Zhang Jianjun is responsible for warehouse management and is most familiar with the collection of various materials and the storage time of waste materials in various positions. When we inspected together and found that there were many bags of waste piled up in one place, he would always patiently tell me that the waste should be put into storage in time and not piled up on the post. In the daily safety inspection, whenever I learn new safety knowledge, I will feel very happy, just like eating chocolate-flavored ice cream, which makes my heart very sweet and satisfying. I like this kind of harvest new knowledge. The joy.
The daily safety inspections are not fixed time points, but mobile and random, and even we often conduct surprise inspections, so that employees in various positions can always remind themselves to achieve safe production and protect themselves anytime and anywhere. Safety. After more than half a month of safety inspection, I feel that the safety awareness of the employees of the cable company has been significantly improved, good working habits have been formed, and safe and standardized operations have been achieved at all times. This is also the original intention of the cable company to implement the safety inspection system.
