2014 9# November, Li Lingqiao entered the cable company to work as an inspector. Although her previous job was a warehouse keeper and she had never been an inspector, in the original unit, she often dealt with inspectors. After a long time, she had a certain understanding and understanding of the work content of the inspection. The daily workload of the inspectors is very large, from raw materials to finished products, all need them for testing. Tandem, digital cable pair, city telephone cable pair, 1600 cable, city telephone cable sheath post, often one post will go to another post for testing immediately after testing. At ordinary times, 4 inspectors of the testing team work shifts, 1 work night shifts, and the remaining 3 work day shifts, and then rotate a week later. If the production task in the workshop is heavy, they usually need to work from 8 in the morning to 6 in the evening, and sometimes they have to work overtime until more than 9 . Li Lingqiao said that because of her busy work, she often can't rest on weekends. Her husband is responsible for her daughter's homework and all the housework at home. Because she was very tired when she came home after working overtime every day and had a rest after dinner, she was also very grateful to her family for their understanding of her work.
Li Lingqiao takes her work very seriously. When she is busy with her work, she will give up her rest time and take the initiative to help. If she had to work overtime temporarily, she would come over without saying anything. What impressed her colleagues was that once Li Lingqiao asked for leave for an operation. She had to recuperate for a period of time. She learned that the workshop was very busy and the testing staff was not enough. She returned to work early before her body recovered.
As the immediate leader of Li Lingqiao, testing monitor Zhu Meixian appreciates Li Lingqiao's work attitude very much. He is not only careful and responsible in his work, solid in skills and strong in sense of responsibility, but also very helpful. Every time the purchased sample line arrives and is sorted out, Li Lingqiao will take the initiative to help. When my colleague Wang Guirui first came to work, she often encountered some difficulties when testing 1600 resistors, because 1600 resistors have 1-25 colors, and pairs of resistors are needed to be tested. At first, she was only familiar with colors and not with corresponding numbers. Li Lingqiao told her that in the case of resistance measurement, only the number should be reported, not the color. And when she detects a breakdown, Li Lingqiao will patiently guide her how to operate correctly. When other colleagues encounter problems that they don't understand, Li Lingqiao will take the initiative and enthusiastically help. For example, Pu Huixian is not familiar with some reports. Li Lingqiao will instruct her how to fill in and help sort them out. When I first came to the unit, I was not familiar with the procedures and equipment of various positions. Every time Li Lingqiao saw me, he would take the initiative to ask me if I needed help. I will ask her about her position, equipment, etc., and she will answer me patiently and kindly, which makes me feel very warm in my heart.
